All of the movements on our time-pieces are guaranteed for one year after the date of arrival.
If there are unexpected issues with mechanical parts, not provoked through incorrect usage, we will
repair or replace the movement of your watch for no additional charge.
Please note that we do not cover postage expenses for sending your watch to us but we will cover the
redelivery expenses if you are in the same country from which your initial order was placed.
Timeframes on warranty services may vary but please allow up to 45 working days. Some parts need to
be ordered to be able to complete a repair.
We reserve the right to refuse warranty service on products we have adequate reason to believe have
been mishandled. This includes underwater wear, impact to the item, or intentional damage.
